This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by VENUS VOGUE WEAR LLC ("we", "our", or "us") to clients ("you" or "client"). It explains our approach to refunds, cancellations, and service-fee adjustments.
Digital marketing, advertising management, SEO, social media management, and AI automation services are customized professional services. Each engagement involves dedicated time, strategic planning, creative development, technical configuration, and ongoing implementation. Once work has begun, time and resources have already been allocated and cannot be recovered.

We aim to handle every refund inquiry in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.
Advertising budgets paid directly by the client to platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) are managed by those platforms and are not refundable through VENUS VOGUE WEAR LLC. Once an ad budget is spent on a platform, refund eligibility is governed by the platform's own policies.
Monthly service retainers are billed in advance and cover the agreed scope for the upcoming month. Cancellation requests received before the start of a new billing cycle will prevent further charges. Fees already paid for the current month are typically non-refundable as work for that period is already in progress.
For project-based engagements (e.g., one-time SEO audits, AI chatbot builds, website integrations), payment milestones and refund terms are defined in the applicable service agreement. Initial deposits are typically non-refundable as they cover discovery and planning work that begins immediately upon project kickoff.
Either party may cancel an ongoing engagement in accordance with the notice period defined in the applicable service agreement. Cancellation does not automatically entitle the client to a refund of fees already paid for completed or in-progress work.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to discuss your concerns may result in additional fees and termination of services. We strongly encourage clients to reach out so we can resolve concerns directly and constructively.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Active engagements will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of the relevant service agreement.
